Mr. William E. Dowd, 88, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly existence on Wednesday October 1, 2025. Funeral service 12:00 PM Monday October 6, 2025 at Mount Peace Baptist Church, 1601 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Raleigh, NC 27610. Public viewing Sunday October 5, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A visitation precedes the service Monday at Mount Peace Baptist church beginning at 11:30 AM. The interment will follow at Greater Ebenezer Holiness Church cemetery.
