Theodore "Jack" Evans

Theodore "Jack" Evans, 73, departed this earthly life on Friday October 30, 2020.  A public "walk through" viewing will be held on Monday November 2, 2020 from 2 PM to 8 PM at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 South Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC.  His Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

***Please Note:  We are requesting that all in attendance wear a face covering or mask for the viewing, and service.  Also know that 6 feet of social distancing is expected.  We are limited to accept a total of 50 individuals per the State guidelines for any indoor services due to the COVID-19 Pandemic! ....
