Scharina Oliver

Ms. Scharina Oliver, 58, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Thursday November 9, 2023.  She is survived by her husband, Thyron D. Williams, son, Vinson O. Williams, and Daughter, Maya O. Williams all of Raleigh, NC; three sisters, Isyla Alyce Haynes Barksdale, Lenneth Oliver, and Mechile Oliver all of Brooklyn, NY; also three sisters, Linda Agbomi, Samatha Warren, and Andrea Breazeale-King all of Raleigh, NC; two brothers, James Via of Winston Salem, NC, and Allen Oliver of Harlem, NY; three sisters-in law, Willa Powell of Winston Salem, NC, Isha D. Williams of Jamesville, NC and Tonika Simmons of Plymouth, NC; two brothers-in-law, Andres Dixon of Brooklyn, NY, and Willis E. Williams, Jr. of Plymouth, NC; mother-in law, Delsie M. Williams and father-in-law Willis E. Williams, Sr., both of Jamesville, NC.

The Family will have visitation at their home on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm and Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm. The Family's address is 705 Resplendent Place, Raleigh, NC 27603.

A Celebration of Life for Scharina F. Oliver will be held January 13, 2024 in Raleigh, NC. The location and time will be determined at a later date.

As an expression of sympathy, the family has asked for donations to be made in Scharina's name to the Wake County Sickle Cell Anemia Support Group Chapter, Inc.
