Mr. Robert Moore, Jr. of Garner, NC departed this earthly life on Thursday March 12, 2026.  Funeral service Friday, March 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Amanah Rush A.M.E. Zion Church, 554 East Cabarrus Street, Raleigh, NC. 27601. Visitation is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM prior to the service.  Public viewing Thursday March 19, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.  Entombment follows the service at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603

He leaves to mourn his wife Brenda M. Moore,  Daughters Cherrol Moore of Raleigh, Leah W. Newton (Robert) of Garner, Kimberly N. Woods of Garner;  one Son Chadwick Moore (Whitney) of Raleigh, one Granddaughter Savannah,  three Grandsons, Robert, Jr., Jace and Kane both of Garner; brothers Eric Moore (Kimberly) of Durham; and Jimmy Ray Moore, Sr. of Raleigh; One sister, Carolyn Denise Moore of Durham; Uncle Percy Perry of Wilson and  two Aunts Shirley Willis (Andrew) from Chesapeake, VA and Mae Austin from Greenville, NC.
