Richard "Sonny" Hauser

Mr. Richard "Sonny" Hauser, 63, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly existence on Tuesday October 14, 2025.  Funeral service at 12:00 noon Saturday October 25, 2025 at Mount Peace Baptist Church, 1601 MLK, Jr. Blvd. Raleigh, NC preceded by an 11:00 AM visitation.  Public view from 3:00 - 8:00 PM Friday October 24, 2025 at Haywood Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Hauser, his father Charles Hauser, his brother Larry Caldwell, and his nephew James Caldwell, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories: sister Delphine Hauser Holloway of Clayton, NC, James Caldwell (Barbara) of New Rochelle, NY, Charles Hauser, Jr. of Garner, NC and Rico Brown of Richmond, VA; bonus sisters Tammy Hawley Cooper and Teresa Pavlic Dix; and special mother figure Maude Cotten-Fonville
