Ray Thomas Hinton departed this earthly life Friday July 21, 2023.  His funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM Monday, July 31, 2023 at St. Matthews Baptist Church, 5410 Louisburg Rd., Raleigh, NC, 27616.  A visitation beginning at 11:30 AM precedes the service. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. The public viewing will be held Sunday, July 30, 2023 from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 South Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC. 27603.
