Portia Lee Tomlinson, 72, departed this earthly life on Sunday January 15, 2023 in Raleigh, NC.  Her Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00 PM Saturday January 21, 2023 in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC 27603.  The visitation will precede the service beginning at 11:00 AM Saturday in the chapel.  There will be a public viewing from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday January 20, 2023 at Haywood Funeral Home. The Interment will follow the service at Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Rd., Garner NC 27529.
