Perry L. Crutchfield, Sr., 98, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly existence on Monday September 15, 2025.  Funeral service at 11:30 AM Tuesday September 23, 2025 at Macedonia New Life Church, 2004 Rock Quarry Road, Raleigh, NC preceded by an 11:00  AM visitation.  Interment will follow the service at Montlawn Memorial Park.  Viewing from 2:00 - 8:00 PM on Monday September 22, 2025 at Haywood Funeral Home.
