Otto J. Gillings

Mr. Otto J. Gillings, 87, of Cary, NC departed this earthly life on Sunday December 3, 2023.  He is survived by his wife, Marjorie K. Gillings of Cary, NC; two daughters, Arlene G. Price (John P.) of Garner, NC, and Stacey G. Richard (Roosevelt) of Knightdale, NC; one grandson, Alexander Richard, of Knightdale, NC; one granddaughter of Garner, NC; four nephews, George Wilson (Rosie) of Georgia, and Robin Wilson of Georgia, Roger Wilson of Jamaica, Gladstone (Tony) Hutchinson of Philadelphia; four nieces, Betty Wilson of New Jersey, Viviene Robertson of New York, Norma Wilson of New York, and Joan Hutchinson of Jamaica, a special son Dwayne Simpson of Georgia, and a host of other nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Memorial Service Friday January 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC. Visitation with the family begins at 10:30 AM prior to the service.   The interment at Montlawn Memorial Park will take place at a later date.
