Nellie Davis, 90, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Wednesday December 27, 2023.  Funeral service at 12:00 noon on Wednesday January 3, 2024 at Martin Street Baptist Church, 1001 E. Martin Street, Raleigh, NC preceded by an 11:00 AM visitation and viewing. There will be no viewing on Tuesday January 2, 2024. 

Mrs. Davis is survived by two daughters, Hilda Davis Underhill (Donald) of Raleigh, NC, and Veronica Lolita Davis Holmes (Cornelius) of Winston-Salem, NC. One Brother, David Allen Winley (Clara) of Jacksonville, NC, one Brother In-Law, Larry Mathis of Virginia Beach , VA. Three Granddaughters, LaDawn Underhill Pugh (Jason) of Raleigh, NC, Alexandria Joi Underhill of Raleigh, NC, Jaelyn Mariah Holmes of Winston Salem, NC,  one Grandson, Bryson Cornelius Holmes of Charlotte, NC. One Great-Granddaughter Karis Savannah Pugh of Raleigh, NC and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
