Karen Teresa Thompson, 63, departed this earthly life on Friday December 29, 2023 in Raleigh, NC.  Funeral service 10:30 AM Saturday, January 6, 2023.at Juniper Level Baptist Church,9401 Sauls Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. The visitation begins at 10:00 AM prior to the service.   On Friday, January 5, 2023 a public viewing from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM will be held at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.  Interment will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
