Mr. James Milton "Big Game" Baker, 63, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Thursday April 4, 2024.  Funeral service at 12:00 noon Wednesday April 10, 2024 at Rush Metropolitan AME Zion Church, 554 E. Cabarrus Street, Raleigh, NC preceded by an 11:30 AM visitation.  Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens.  Viewing from 2:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday April 9, 2024 at Haywood Funeral Home.

Survivors: wife Brenda Baker of Raleigh, NC; son Jawann Baker, Sr. (NaQuanna) of Wendell, NC; grandson Jawann Baker, Jr. of Wendell, NC; granddaughter  Kori Baker of Wendell, NC; sisters Tanya Baker Byrd and Pina Baker of Raleigh, NC; brother Gerald M. Baker of Raleigh, NC.
