Mr. James Curtis Johnson departed this earthly life on Tuesday February 17, 2026. Funeral service at 12:00 PM Friday March 6, 2026 at Amanah Rush A.M.E. Zion Church, 554 East Cabarrus Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. Viewing is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Thursday March 5, 2026 at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh NC 27603. Visitation is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM prior to the service.  Interment follows the service at Rand Street Christian Church Cemetery, 213 Haywood Street, Garner, NC 27529
