Mr. James Louis Williams, Sr., 69, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Wednesday October 25, 2023. 

He is survived by two daughters; Octavia Williams and Olivia Barbour (Joseph Barbour), all of Indianapolis, IN; one son, James Louis Williams, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN; a former wife, Eva Williams of Omaha, NE; one grandson, Creighton Dickson of Indianapolis, IN; three brothers, Harrie Keith, Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Reggie Keith and Jerry Keith, both of Texarkana, TX; two sisters Sandra Greer and Femalee Keith, both of Cincinnati, OH; along with a host of family friends.
