Hattie Pearl Jones Powell, 83, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Saturday October 14, 2023. Funeral service at 2:00 PM Sunday October 22, 2023 at the C.A. Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel preceded by a 1:30 PM visitation. Interment will follow at Rand Street Christian Church Cemetery.
