Hattie Elizabeth (Wright) Butler

Mrs. Hattie Elizabeth Wright Butler, 91, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Saturday November 9, 2019.  

Mrs. Butler is survived by her loving daughter, Dante Butler Haywood of Raleigh, NC; granddaughters, Dr. Davida Haywood of Montgomery, AL,  Da'Von Haywood Grant (Thomas) of Raleigh, NC, and Dr. D'Weston Haywood (Temple) of Queens, NY; great-grandchildren, Kenneth A.C. Culbreth, and Kole A.C. Culbreth of Montgomery, AL and Emerson L. Grant of Raleigh, NC.

Funeral service at 11:00 AM Monday November 25, 2019 at First Congregational Church, 2410 Creech Road Raleigh, NC preceded by a 10:30 AM visitation.  Interment will follow the service at Carolina Biblical Gardens. 

A wake will be observed from 6:00 - 8:00 PM on Saturday November 23, 2019 at the C.A. Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel

Viewing from 1:00 - 5:00 PM Sunday November 24, 2019 at Haywood Funeral Home.
