Gregory Antonio Matthews, 66, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Saturday September 20, 2025.  Funeral service at 12:00 noon Saturday September 27, 2025 at the C.A. Haywood, Sr, Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh NC,  preceded by an 11:00 AM visitation.    Public viewing is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday September 26, 2025 at Haywood Funeral Home.  Interment follows the service at Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Road, Garner, NC. 27529

Gregory is survived by his wife, Dianne Matthews, daughter, Kailie Matthews, two sons, Travis and Jurell Matthews, mother, Janet Matthews, sister, Renee Matthews, brother, Cedric Matthews, sister-in-law, Julie Matthews, brother-in-law, Jeffrey Robinson, daughter-in-law, Porchia Matthews, two grandchildren, Raven Smith and Khaliyah Matthews, and one great grandchild, Kennedy Smith.
