Elbert Louis McNeil, Sr.

Mr. Elbert Louis McNeil, Sr., 84, of Garner, NC departed this earthly life on Thursday October 28, 2021.  His "Going Home Service" will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday November 4, 2021 in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC.  There will be a Visitation with family prior to the service beginning at 10:30 AM.  On Wednesday, November 3, 2021, a public "walk through viewing" is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.  The Interment follows the service at Rand Street Christian Church cemetery, 213 Haywood Street, Garner, NC. 

***Please Note:  We are requesting that all in attendance wear a face covering or mask for the viewing, visitation, and service.  Also know that 3 feet of social distancing is expected.  We are limited to accept a total of 100 individuals per the State guidelines for any indoor services due to COVID. ....
