Deborah Faye Dolby

Deborah Faye Dolby, 73, of Snow Hill, NC, transitioned peacefully on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, in her hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina. 

Deborah will be remembered for her kind heart, lively spirit, and the profound impact she had on those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her one and only daughter, Nakishia Dolby of Raleigh, NC; Siblings Charles Dolby, Barbara Dolby, Brenda Dolby, all of Raleigh, NC; Johnny Dolby of Houston, TX; Carolyn Dolby of Columbia, SC; Jody Dolby of Chapel Hill, NC; Grandchildren Teon Hayes (grandson-in-law Deontre Hayes) of Baltimore, MD; Shamek Dolby of Chapel Hill, NC; Ciara Fleming and David Fleming both of Raleigh NC; Great-grandson Mekhi Amari Hayes of Baltimore, MD who will forever hold her memory close. 

A memorial service to celebrate Deborah Faye's life will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at Haywood Funeral Home, 2415 S. Wilmington St, Raleigh, NC 27603 preceded  by a 2:00 PM visitation.
