Mr. Charles E. Williams, 73, departed this earthly life on Thursday March 9, 2023.  His Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 11:30 AM in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.  A visitation and viewing precedes the service beginning at 11:00 AM.  On Monday, March 13, 2023 there will be a public viewing at the funeral home from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
