Cecil Roosevelt Goins

Mr. Cecil Roosevelt Goins, 94, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Tuesday September 1, 2020.  

His Funeral Service is scheduled for 11:00 AM Tuesday September 8, 2020 in the C.A. Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC.  He will be Entombed following the service at Historic Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh.  There will be a Wake Ceremony and viewing beginning at 4:00 PM and concluding at 7:00 PM on Monday September 7, 2020 at Haywood Funeral Home.

***Please Note:  We are requesting that all in attendance wear a face covering or mask for the viewing and service.  Please understand that we are limited to accept a total of 50 individuals per the State guidelines for any indoor services due to the Covid-19 Pandemic! ....
