Bessie H. Lyon-Kearney, 92, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly existence on Friday December 5, 2025. Funeral service at 12:00 noon Saturday December 13, 2025 at St. John AME Church, 3001 Tryon Road preceded by an 11:00 AM visitation. Interment will follow the service at Carolina Biblical Gardens. Public viewing from 2:00 - 7:00 PM Friday December 12, 2025 at Haywood Funeral Home.
