" It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Ms. Barbara Morgan Webb. Ms. Webb passed away peacefully in her sleep at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, NC on December 3rd, 2022, at the age of 77 surrounded by family."   She will be greatly missed.  A private Memorial will be held Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM in the C A Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 2415 South Wilmington Street, Raleigh, NC 27603.
