Mr. Nelson Edward Peebles, Sr., 99, of Raleigh, NC departed this earthly life on Friday October 4, 2019.
Survivors: wife, Margaret Elizabeth Peebles; daughter, Gloria Peebles Patterson (Andrew); sons, Nelson Edward Peebles, Jr. and Dwight Peebles (Marguerite); and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service at 11:30 AM Friday October 11, 2019 at Wilson Temple United Methodist Church, 1021 Oberlin Road Raleigh, NC preceded by an 11:00 AM visitation. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. Viewing from 2:00 - 6:00 PM Thursday October 10, 2019 at Haywood Funeral Home. followed by a wake in the C.A. Haywood, Sr. Memorial Chapel from 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
